Olivia: cool, anf educational. |

I read about Olivia"s Magic Conch and thought it would be a regular fable. SURPRISE! While it was so cool and it gave a message that is very important and I learned things about shells I never new. Jonah 12 1/2 |

Olivia's emotions. |
Olivia, sad and confused, discribed my own emotions when I was ten years old and thought my dad was gone forever.
Happy for her when she learned her dad was alive, I found the story to be like real life. But then when she met Ulee I really got into the fantasy and then when I finished the book I realised I learned a lot about the beach and oceans problems. Three things in one. I thought the book was cool. Vicky T.(13) |

Never too old. |
| A delightful fable, right for all ages. I even learned a few things about marine life myself, as I read it before wrapping it up for my granddaughter's twelfth birthday. Thanks P.A. Zimmerman, I guess you are right, one is never too old for a heartwarming fable. Sincerely, Janeen P. |
